Please use the enquiry form to inform us on your initial ideas and wishes. We would be delighted to advise you on ideas and how to put them into practice.

You provide us with your data ready for production (pictures that are printable or suitable for engraving, graphics or texts). Please refer to our download section for demands on data. If requested, we will draw up data for you (extra charge).

Suitable to your initial ideas and budget we will create layouts, suggest designs and work on ways to realize a tombstone to your exact requirements. We are happy to produce several versions for you to pick the most suitable one.  

As soon as you decide on a design, you will receive our quotation and a galley proof for production release. We recommend to order a sample which will be manufactured for you to approve prior to production. In addition you can order standardized ornamental or individual packaging (also postable).  

As soon as you confirm our offer and release the sample proof (optional), we will send you a confirmation of  your order including the final layout of the sample with delivery date and address by email.  The sample will be produced within the agreed period and sent to you for final approval.

We will ship your tombstones to your requested address(es) about 10 business days after confirmation of order. Suitable ornamental or individual packaging and postable packaging is possible too.  

You release the galley proof and confirm our offer. If you have placed an order for a sample, we will wait for your approval. We will then make some small final changes if necessary and start production.
